Slurps

Mulligatawny- Roasted chicken breast meat, carrots, local, organic sweet onion, garlic, coconut milk, and curry, with Granny Smith apples and a bit of honey to balance the curry. Topped with cilantro. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Curried Carrot- Lots of carrots, garlic, local, organic sweet onion, curry, ginger and a bit of heat, puréed creamy smooth with coconut milk. Topped with chopped cilantro. (GF) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Cheese and Mac with a Kick Squared - Sautéed onions and celery, white wine and butter roux, milk and sharp cheddar cheese. Pasta added when served. Topped with chopped Carlton Farm bacon and diced jalapeños. Served with Slow Rise Bread.


Crema de Aguacate- Colombian Avocado soup (ish). Local, organic sweet onions, house roasted poblano, avocado, garlic, spices and cream. (GF) (Vegetarian) Topped with chopped cilantro, chopped tomato and sprinkle of grated cheese.
