SLURPS


Roasted Poblano- House roasted poblano, sweet onion, garlic, spices, blended smooth and made dreamy with Monterey jack cheese. Topped with crispy bacon crumbles and cilantro (GF). Served with Slow Rise Bread.


Lemon-chinni Orzo- Gales Meadow Farm organic squash, Gales Meadow organic sweet onions, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme and lemon. Orzo added to order. (GF w/o the Orzo) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise Bread.


Put the Lime in the Coconut and Drink in All Up- Here it is, for an encore performance: Thai spice infused broth, shredded chicken, sliced peppers, sliced mushrooms, fresh lime juice, spice for heat and coconut milk. Topped with chopped cilantro and sliced lime. (GF) Served with slow Rise bread.


Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Tomato – Roasted red pepper, tomato, Gales Meadow organic sweet onion, garlic, herbs and spices, and a bit of rice blended in to keep it vegan but make it thick and creamy. Topped with sliced basil. (GF) (VEGAN). Served with Slow Rise bread.


CHILLED Spicy Mango Melon CoCo Lime- Cantaloupe, mango, fresh lime, coconut milk and chili. Puréed smooth and topped with chopped basil. (GF) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise bread.
