Pulled Pork – Pork long simmered with garlic, spices, and tomato. Finished with white beans and green chilies. Topped with shredded cheese, sour cream and cilantro. (GF) Served with Slow Rise Bread.


Caprese Tomato- Fire roasted tomato, garlic, Gales Meadow sweet onion, and organic basil blended creamy smooth. Topped with fresh mozzarella, sliced basil and balsamic reduction. (GF) (VEGAN w/o the cheese on top) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Spicy Potato Leek- Yukon gold potato, organic leek, garlic, Hungarian wax pepper, white wine, Hill bacon, organic sage leaves. Topped with olive oil and crispy sage leaves. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Cheese and Mac with a Kick- Gales Meadow sweet onion, celery, garlic, white wine, butter, rice flour, whole milk, sharp cheese, cayenne. Topped with sliced green onions and house made bread crumbs. (GF (w/o the bread crumbs) (VEGETARIAN) Served with Slow Rise Bread.
