Slurps

Not Exactly Mom’s Stuffed Bell Pepper- I grew up having stuffed bell peppers for dinner. This soups is inspired by my childhood and taken up a notch. Hemplers spicy and regular sausage, local sweet onion, local bell pepper, tomato, garlic, Italian herbs and spices, topped with shredded cheese. Served with Slow Rise bread.


Caprese Tomato Soup- We roasted Farmers Market tomatoes, added sweet onion and garlic, simmered it, blended it and added Farmers Market, organic basil and cream. Topped with local, organic basil, balsamic reduction and fresh mozzarella. (GF) (Vegan)(Vegetarian with cheese)Served with Slow Rise bread.


Steak & Egg- Our French onion base (butter, thinly sliced onion, sliced mushrooms, garlic, red wine), steak bites, topped with a soft boiled egg. Served with Slow Rise bread.


Lemony Zucchini Orzo- Local, organic yellow and zucchini, sweet onion, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest, cooked orzo to order. (GF- without the orzo) (Vegan) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Say Cheese... Feature GC (Served with Tim’s Cascade Chips.)

Bye, Bye, Miss American Pie.... Hello, Apple Pie: Apples cooked for a long time with brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Add Carlton Farm bacon and sharp cheddar cheese. 7.75
