Pulled Pork- Slow cooked pork butt, pulled, tomato, black beans, sweet onion, garlic, and spices. Topped with chopped jalapeno and shredded cheese. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.


CHILLED Mango-Welon All Thai-ed Up- Thai spices, shallots and garlic are simmered, then added to puréed watermelon, mango, heat from Serrano pepper, and lime juice. (GF) (VEGAN) Topped with cilantro and a swirl of coconut milk. Served with Slow Rise bread.


Pic-a Dilly Bacon- This is a “gotta try’ soup... dill pickles, carrots, Yukon gold potato, sour cream, spices, including a little heat. Topped with ample Carlton Farm Bacon. Served with Slow rise Bread.


Tomato Caprese- Roasted tomato, sweet onion, garlic, blended with cream and organic basil. Topped with fresh mozzarella, drizzled balsamic reduction. (GF) (VEGETARIAN) Served with Slow Rise Bread.


Roasted Red Pepper- Roasted red pepper, Yukon gold for creaminess, sweet onion, garlic and a touch of almond milk yogurt. Topped with roasted poblano and corn salsa. (GF) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise Bread.


CHILLED Avocado, Cucumber and Lime all Thai-ed up – Avocado, cucumber, garlic, lime juice, lemon grass, ginger, cilantro and a touch of heat, blended and chilled. Refreshing. Topped with cucumber and mango salsa. (VEGAN) (GF) Served with Slow Rise Bread.
