Bacon Cheese and Mac with a Kick- Onion, celery, GF flour, David Hill Pinot Gris, milk, sharp cheddar cheese, a little heat from spice. Served over GF pasta and topped with green onion and local chopped bacon.

Veggie Heirloom Bean Chili- This is my Anasazi bean chili recipe made vegetarian: Sweet onion, garlic, organic carrot, zucchini, corn, organic tomato, bell pepper, jalapeño, red wine, organic herb and spices. Topped with shredded cheese, cilantro and chopped red onion. (GF) (Vegetarian) (Vegan w/o cheese) Served with Slow Rise bread.

Chicken Pot Pie- Roasted chicken, sweet onion, garlic, organic carrot, peas, green beans, corn, Yukon gold potato, mushrooms, GF flour, milk, herbs. Served with a GF buttermilk, sour cream biscuit. (GF)

Caprese Tomato – Sweet onion, organic tomato, garlic, organic basil, olive oil. (GF) (VEGAN w/o the cheese) Topped with fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction and organic basil. Served with Slow Rise bread.
