Tortellini & Sausage – Sweet onion, organic carrot, organic tomato, organic spinach, garlic, Hempler’s mild and hot Italian sausage, white kidney beans, red wine, organic basil, herbs. Served over cheese tortellini and topped with shredded parmesan. Served with bread.

Bacon Cheese and Mac with a Kick- Diced onion, diced celery, GF flour, white wine, whole milk, sharp cheddar, Hill co bacon and a kick from cayenne. Served over GF elbow macaroni and topped with diced green chilies. (GF) Served with rustic baguette.

Caprese Tomato – Sweet onion, organic tomato, garlic, organic basil, olive oil. (GF) (VEGAN w/o the cheese) Topped with fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction and organic basil. Served with bread.
