Soupe a l’Oignon – Over 20 sweet onions, thinly sliced and caramelized slowly, butter, garlic, GF flour, red wine, vinegar, mushroom, herbs. (GF w/o the bread) Topped with a Gruyere crouton. Served with Slow Rise bread.
Baked Bean & Bacon- Sweet onion, organic carrot, garlic, Carlton Farm bacon, beans, molasses, mustard, vinegar, GF soy sauce, spices. Topped with shredded cheese. (GF w/o the bread) Served with Slow Rise bread.
