       You 'll All Be CLAM-oring For This CHOW, but Don't Be SHELLFISH- Organic leeks, celery, garlic, butter, GF flour, white wine, Carlton farm bacon, gold potato, ocean clam and clam juice, herbs, spice, heavy cream. Served with oyster crackers. (GF w/o crackers)

       Call of the ARRUUUGUULA (arugula) - Sweet onion, celery, garlic, gold potato, organic baby arugula, coconut milk, blended smooth. Topped with organic baby arugula. (GF w/o bread) (VEGAN) 

       BLT- (This one's a soup):  Sweet onion, butter, GF flour, organic tomato, organic butter lettuce, Carlton Farm bacon, garlic, spice, herbs, milk, sour cream. (GF w/o the bread).

     Creamy Dreamy Artichoke- Sweet onion, butter, garlic, artichoke hearts, heavy cream.  (GF). (VEGETARIAN)

     Tomato Caprese-  sweet onion, garlic, organic tomato, organic basil. Topped with balsamic reduction and fresh mozzarella. (GF w/o bread) (VEGAN w/o cheese)

Say Cheese- our featured grilled cheese on Slow Rise Ciabatta and served with Tim’s Cascade chips-

          Classic Tuna Melt- Tuna salad made with mayo, mustard, celery, relish, spice and Tillamook medium cheddar. 8.50

          Figgy Piggy- Carlton Farm ham, smoked Gouda, fig spread, local organic mixed micro greens . 8.00

           Orange You Glad You Came- Carlton Farm bacon, smoked gouda, sliced red onion, orange marmalade and local organic micro arugula. 8.50

          Pesto is the Besto- Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, pesto.  7.00

           Zesty Garden- Tillamook pepper jack,  sliced tomato, red onion, organic NW Microgreens mixed micro greens and drizzled sweet chili sauce.  7.50
