Creamy Tomato Orange- A “nod” to Elephant Deli in Portland and their orange tomato soup. Ours has sweet onion, garlic, tomato, thyme, orange juice and made vegan and creamier with coconut milk. Topped with basil. (Vegan) (GF) Served with Slow Rise Ciabatta.
Egyptian Red Lentil- Sweet onion, carrots, lentils, garlic, cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Topped with cilantro. Served with Slow Rise bread.
Chilled Zucchini , Onion & Organic basil- Topped with a swirl of coconut milk and basil chiffonade.
