“Not Exactly Mom’s” Stuffed Pepper Soup- Stuffed peppers were a regular dinner when I was a kid. While this soup is most definitely inspired by this childhood favorite, I have taken it up a notch to make it a soup. Hemplers (made in Northwest Washington) spicy and regular Italian sausage, bell pepper, tomato, sweet onion, seasoned with basil, oregano, fennel, and sage. Served with a scoop of rice and shredded cheese. Served with Slow Rise bread.

Curry Coconut Carrot- Tons of organic carrots, sweet onions, ginger, curry and chili flakes simmered, then pureed smooth with coconut milk for creaminess. Topped with cilantro. (GF) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise bread.

Mango & Watermelon All Thai-ed Up- A super refreshing and flavorful chilled soup. Watermelon, mango, onion, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, Serrano pepper. Topped with a swirl of coconut milk, chopped avocado, cilantro and lime juice. Served with Slow Rise bread.

Orange Tomato- My nod to Elephant Deli orange tomato soup (which I love). Ours is vegan, using olive oil and coconut milk. (GF) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise Bread.

Herbed Chicken, Bacon, Potato- Red potato, chicken, bacon, mushrooms, onion, and herbs. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.

HAM IT UP FUNGI- Grilled with garlic butter, stuffed with sautéed sliced mushrooms, smoked mozzarella, Carlton Farm Ham. 7.30

HUMMUS VEGGIE GC- Roasted garlic hummus, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomato, red onion, organic greens, Havarti cheese. Get it grilled or cold. 7.85

SMOKY SALAMI - Dry Italian Salami, smoked mozzarella, red onion and sliced tomato. 7.35

House Green Salad- Organic mixed greens, sliced red onion, local blueberries, candied pecans and house made Dijon, orange, balsamic dressing. $5.80.
