SLURPS Corn, Sage & Bacon – Organic leek, organic sage, corn, bacon and a touch of cream puréed just a bit to leave it a rustic consistency. (GF) Served with Slow Rise Bread.

Orange Tomato- Our “nod” to a local favorite - Elephant Deli’s Orange Tomato. We keep ours vegan by using coconut milk instead of cream for a smooth and creamy feel. (VEGAN) (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.

The Beet Goes On... - We roast Farmers Market organic beets, carrots and sweet onions, then simmer them with thyme and lavender. Then purée them creamy smooth with coconut milk and more lavender. Topped with orange juice and olive oil. (VEGAN) (GF)

Chilled Citrus Herb Cucumber –English cucumber, avocado, shallot, Hungarian Wax pepper, citrus juice, fresh herbs. Blended creamy smooth Topped with sliced cucumber and parsley. (GF) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise bread.
