Mulligatawny- roasted chicken, organic carrots, sweet onion, Granny Smith apple , honey and coconut milk. (Gf w/o bread)
Bacon cheese and Mac with a kick kick- sweet onion, celery, gf flour, white wine, milk, butter, cheese, bacon, and a double kick from spice and topped with chopped jalapeños. (Gf w/o bread)
Caprese Tomato- sweet onion , garlic, organic tomato, organic basil. (Gf w/o bread and vegan w/o cheese). Topped with fresh mozzarella and balsamic reduction.
Say Cheese- Grilled Cheese Sandwich, made on Slow Rise bread and served with Tim’s Cascade chips.
BLAT- Carlton Farm bacon, sliced tomato, organic greens , Tillamook medium cheddar and drizzled avocado poblano dressing.
Glorious Garden- sliced tomato, sliced red onion, organic greens and drizzled avocado Poblano dressing .
Apple cider apple bacon- Tillamook medium cheddar, sliced apple, Carlton Farm e and apple cider apple butter.
Hamango- Carlton Farm ham, Tillamook sharp cheddar, and mango chutney.
Quintessential- Tillamook medium cheddar .
