CLAM-or for this CHOW, Duhr, but don’t be SHELLFISH- organic leek, celery, garlic, red potato, herbs, butter, gf flour, half & half, bacon, ocean clam & clam juice, white wine. (Gf w/o bread). Served with oyster crackers (not gf).
Creamy Mushroom- shallot, over 5 pounds of sautéed crimini and shiitake mushrooms, herbs, butter, and heavy cream. ( gf w/o bread).
Caprese Tomato- onion, garlic, organic tomato, organic basil. (Gf w/o bread) (vegan w/o cheese) Topped with fresh mozzarella and balsamic reduction.
Small Batch Cheese & Bacon Mac with a Kick- (very little made or left ) onion, celery, gf flour, butter, wine, milk, cheese, bacon, spice. Topped with jalapeño. (Gf w/o bread)
