Ham it Up Cheese and Mac w/ a Kick- Onion, celery, white wine, GF flour, milk, sharp cheddar, spice. Served over GF pasta. Topped with sliced green onion and julienned Carlton Farm Canadian bacon and sliced green onion. (GF) (VEGETARIAN w/o the CB). Served with Slow Rise bread.


Anasazi (Heirloom) Bean & Meaty Chili – Sweet onion, organic tomato, pork, beef, Anasazi beans, bell peppers, garlic, spices and herbs, jalapeño. (GF) Topped with shredded cheese, cilantro, and chopped red onion. Served with Slow Rise bread.
