SLURPS (SOUP)


Muligatawney (Mool i gah tawn e)- Sweet onion, garlic, local, organic carrot, Granny Smith apple, roasted chicken, lots of curry balanced by honey and coconut milk. Topped with cilantro. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Caprese Tomato- Organic tomato, Gales Meadow organic sweet onion, garlic, organic basil, blended smooth and topped with fresh mozzarella, basil and balsamic reduction. (GF) (VEGAN w/o the cheese). Served with Slow Rise bread.


Creamy Mushroom- Over 10 pounds of fresh crimini and shitake mushroom sautéed with olive oil and butter, garlic, and tarragon, blended creamy smooth. Topped with copious amounts of sautéed crimini mushrooms. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.
