Corn Sage Bacon- Organic leek, Hill Co local bacon, sweet corn, organic sage, butter, cream. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.

Celery Bisque- Gales Meadow organic leeks, Gales Meadow organic sweet onion, garlic, celery, Yukon gold potato, a little heat from cayenne, blended smooth with sour cream. Topped with chopped bacon and sliced lemon. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.

Orange Tomato- Organic tomato, Gales Meadow organic sweet onion, orange juice and orange zest and coconut milk for creaminess. Topped with house made croutons. (GF w/o croutons) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise bread.
