Soupe à l'oignon- 20 slow-caramelized sweet onions, red wine, GF flour, organic herbs, vinegar, in a rich stock. Topped with a melty Gruyere crouton. (GF) (Contains Dairy) Served with Slow Rise bread.

Caprese Tomato – Sweet onion, organic tomato, garlic, organic basil, olive oil. (GF) (VEGAN) Topped with fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction and house made basil croutons. Served with Slow Rise bread.

Cheesy Dill Potato- Organic fresh dill, Yukon gold and red potato, sweet onion, sour cream and shredded sharp cheddar. Topped with sliced green onion. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.
