SLURPS (SOUP)


Thai-ed Up Chicken Noodle – Long-cooked, fragrant chicken broth seasoned with star anise, veggies and soy sauce becomes the base of this delicious and cold- fighting soup. With roasted chicken, plenty of ginger, fish sauce and spices, this broth becomes a meal. Egg noodles added to order. Topped with cilantro. Served with Slow Rise bread.


Coconut Lime Veggie- Shallot, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, broccoli, sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, snow peas and carrots. Served over rice. Topped with cilantro. (GF) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Anasazi Bean Chili- Heirloom beans, beef and pork, tomato, sweet onion, green bell peppers, garlic, spices. Topped with sour cream, chopped red onion and shredded cheese. Served with tortilla chips OR Slow Rise bread. (GF)


Fall Is Here Butternut Squash – roasted butternut squash, roasted carrot and sweet onion, garlic, Granny Smith apple, spices, including cayenne for a background heat. Topped with crumbled Hill Co. bacon and glazed walnuts. (GF) (VEGAN w/o the bacon topping). Served with Slow Rise Bread.


Creamy Tomato- Tomato, sweet onion, garlic, heavy cream, spices. Topped with house made croutons. (GF) (Vegetarian). Served with Slow Rise Bread.
