SLURPS (SOUP)

Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Bisque- Sweet onion, organic carrot, celery, organic tomato, roasted red pepper, and herbs and spices blended smooth with cream. (Contains rice flour and butter). (GF w/o croutons or bread) (VEGETARIAN) Served with Slow Rise bread.

Spicy Potato Leek- Organic leek, Yukon gold potato, garlic, Hill’s (local) bacon, Hungarian wax peppers, heavy cream, blended cxreamy smooth and topped with crispy sage leaves and sage infusefd olive oil. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Spiced Lentil- Sweet onion, garlic, organic carrot, gold potato, brown lentil, organic tomato, organic herbs, spices. (GF) (VEGAN) Served with Slow rise bread.


Soupe a l’Oignon- Many pounds of slow carmelized onions, garlic, herbs, balsamic. Contains butter and flour. Topped with a melty smoked-swiss crouton. Served with Slow Rise bread.



Nutty Dill Potato Salad (GF)- Red and gold potato, chopped dill pickle, walnut pieces, shallots in a simple vinegar, dijon, and olive oil dressing . 4.00
