Deconstructed Eggplant Parmesan Soup- The soup is a rich basil tomato soup (sweet onion,

garlic, tomato, organic basil, olive oil). The magic is made when we add breaded (parmesan, herbs, egg), baked “croutons” of eggplant and fresh mozzarella. (GF, yes, the panko is GF) (Vegetarian) Served with Slow Rise bread.

Mulligatawny Soup- Roasted chicken, sweet onion, carrot, Granny Smith apple, ghee, garlic,

lots of curry, a bit of wildflower honey and coconut milk. Topped with chopped cilantro. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.

Bean x2 and Pasta Soup – Organic tomato, garlic, celery, carrot, wine, garbanzo and cannellini beans, and seasoning. Served to order with cooked pasta. (GF w/o the pasta) (VEGAN w/o the Parmesan) Topped with fresh, organic baby spinach and a sprinkling of Parmesan. Served with Slow Rise bread.

Spicy Pine-epperoni Pizza- Fresh mozzarella, house made pizza sauce, crushed red chili,

pepperoni, pineapple tidbits.

Stuffed Baked Potato Chip- Our NEW favorite... for real, tastes like a stuffed baked potato. Carlton Farm bacon, medium Tillamook cheddar, crushed potato chips, sliced green onion, sour cream. 7.40

Capicola, Bell & Red Pepper, Olives, sliced red onion, Gouda- Capicola is the same cut of meat as prosciutto, but better and slightly spicy. Add sliced bell peppers, sliced local red onion, chopped olives, and smoked Gouda. 8.10

Micro Mate-O Dilly- Sliced tomato, local, organic micro greens, dill Havarti.

 T- QUAD – 4 kinds of Tillamook cheese: pepper jack, sharp cheddar, medium cheddar and
