SLURPS (SOUP)


Veggie Lentil- lentil, sweet onion, organic carrot, garlic, spices, gold potato, organic baby spinach. Topped with cilantro. (GF) (VEGAN). Served with Slow Rise bread.


Fight Your Cold Chicken Noodle Soup- Roasted chicken thighs, sweet onion, celery, organic carrot, for some needed nutrients, and garlic, turmeric, cayenne, for cold fighting and sinus clearing, and other herbs and spices. Served with egg noodles. Topped with organic parsley. Served with Slow Rise bread.


Deconstructed Eggplant Parmesan Soup- The soup is a rich basil tomato soup (sweet onion, garlic, tomato, organic basil, olive oil). The magic is made when we add breaded (parmesan, herbs, egg), baked “croutons” of eggplant and fresh mozzarella. (GF, yes, the panko is GF) (Vegetarian) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Mulligatawny Soup- Roasted chicken, sweet onion, carrot, Granny Smith apple, ghee, garlic, lots of curry, a bit of wildflower honey and coconut milk. Topped with chopped cilantro. (GF) Served with Slow Rise bread.


Bean x2 and Pasta Soup – Organic tomato, garlic, celery, carrot, wine, garbanzo and cannellini beans, and seasoning. Served to order with cooked pasta. (GF

w/o the pasta) (VEGAN w/o the Parmesan) Topped with fresh, organic baby spinach and a sprinkling of Parmesan. Served with Slow Rise bread.
