SLURPS (SOUP)
It’s officially Fall Roasted Butternut Squash soup – Roasted butternut squash, roasted sweet onion, carrot, garlic, organic sage, spices. Topped with house made Granny Smith apple chunky applesauce, and Hill Co bacon. (GF) (VEGAN w/o the bacon) Served with Slow Rise bread.
Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Bisque – Roasted red pepper, tomato, carrot, sweet onion, garlic, organic basil, puréed with a touch of cream. Topped with shredded parmesan and organic basil. (GF) (Vegetarian). Served with Slow Rise bread.
Lemon-chinni Orzo- Sweet onion, organic carrot, celery, Gales Meadow Zucchini, organic thyme, lemon. Served to order with cooked orzo. (GF w/o orzo) (VEGAN) Served with Slow Rise bread.
