 SLURPS (SOUP)- Served with Slow Rise Bake House bread:

  Bacon Cheese & Mac w/ a Kick- onion, celery, butter, GF flour, wine, milk, cheese, Carlton Farm bacon. Served over GF pasta. (GF w/o bread).

    CHILLED Spiced Cantaloupe -  cantaloupe, watermelon, lime,  spice and herbs. Topped with a swirl of coconut milk and basil. (GF w/o bread) (VEGAN) 

     Lemony Chickett and a Series of Most Delicious Ingredients- sweet onion, organic carrot, celery, roasted chicken, herbs, spices, zucchini, lemon zest. Served over orzo. (GF w/o bread or orzo). 

     Tomato Caprese-  sweet onion, garlic, organic tomato, organic basil. Topped with balsamic reduction and fresh mozzarella. (GF w/o bread) (VEGAN w/o cheese).


Say Cheese- Today's featured grilled cheeses, listed below,  on Slow Rise Ciabatta and served with Tim’s Cascade chips-  (Substitute GF bread- 2.00) (Substitute VEGAN cheese- 1.00)

   Caprese Deluxe- fresh mozzarella, tomato, organic basil and caramelized onion and balsamic spread. 7.00

     PB & J GC- Tillamook medium cheddar, natural peanut butter and your choice of apricot, raspberry or strawberry preserves. 6.00

               ADD BACON- 1.50

     Bacon Caesar- provolone, parmesan, Carlton Farn bacon, sliced tomato, organic mixed greens and drizzled caesar dressing. 8.50

     Zesty Garden- Tillamook medium cheddar, sliced tomato, bell pepper, red onion, organic greens and drizzled sweet chili sauce. 7.50  


    Peppy Pepperoni- Provolone, pepperoni, sprinkled crushed red chili pepper, sliced red and orange bell pepper, red onion, and sliced tomato. 8.70 

     BLAT- COLD OR GRILLED - Tillamook medium cheddar, Carlton Farm bacon, sliced tomato, organic greens and drizzled avocado-poblano dressing. 8.00
