     Not Exactly My Mom’s Stuffed Bell Pepper –  Hot and mild Hempler's Italian sausage, organic tomatoes,  green bell peppers, sweet onion, garlic, herbs and spice.  Topped with shredded cheese and served over rice. (GF w/o bread) 

     Broccoli Beer Cheese - Gales Meadow broccoli, Waltz Brew Pub beer, sharp cheddar, celery, sweet onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cream, GF flour, herbs and spice.  Topped with a swirl of smoked paprika infused sour cream.   (GF w/o bread).

     Creamy, Dreamy Artichoke- sweet onion, artichoke heart, garlic, cream. (Vegetarian) (GF w/o bread) 

     Tomato Caprese-  sweet onion, garlic, organic tomato, organic basil. Topped with balsamic reduction and fresh mozzarella. (GF w/o bread) (VEGAN w/o cheese)


Say Cheese- our featured grilled cheese on Slow Rise Ciabatta and served with Tim’s Cascade chips-
